An elegant, organic, Agave Spirit by NOM 1480 crafted with a stone oven & rested for a minimum of 2 months in oak barrels. It has an aromatic birth with notes of agave, wood, herbs & spices; while a rich life adds notes of candied yams, toffee & maple; that led to balanced death of medium length with hints of pepper, cinnamon, toasted oak & earth.
