An elegant, Single Estate, Agave Spirit by the Montes Family in Jalisco (Los Valles), Mexico [NOM 1480] crafted with a stone oven & rested for a minimum of 12 months in oak barrels. It has an aromatic birth with notes of agave, wood, herbs & spices; while a rich life adds notes of cider & caramel; that led to a warm death of medium length with hints of pepper, cinnamon, dark chocolate, toasted oak & earth.
