Review #380 Glass: Glencairn, rested 15 minutes. Color: Opaque and light brown, like chocolate milk. Nose: Creamy and boozy notes. Palate: Sweet and thick mouthfeel with definite bourbon flavor. Finish: Medium length with minimal heat. Splash: No new flavors are revealed. Overall: 7.5/10 - This is sweet and has a nice mouthfeel. I’m sure it would be delicious over ice, but leaves a little to be desired neat.
