Mint chocolate chip, a gentian bitterness with some echinacea Palate: sweet, rich, chocolate with strong herbal bittering character, I can see why this is quintessential for a Black Manhattan. Hint of anise as it transitions to the finish. Sweeter than the nose lets on. Finish: sticky sweet, bitter and anise forward.
