Nose is sweet with notes of caramel, vanilla and banana. Also get some subtle notes of cinnamon and peach, as well as a touch of ethanol. Palate is sweet on the initial sip with caramel and banana notes coming through. Mid-palate features some cherry notes that evolves into leather, cinnamon and rye spice. There is a surprising bit of heat being 95 proof that brings about a drying finish that lasts for a medium length.
