This one is just under 10 years old and right at 119.6 proof. Floor #6. Nose: Maple, Butterscotch, fudge, toffee and some slight grass. Palate: Dark Molasses, Honey, Brown Butter and powdered sugar. Finish: This is where this one shines and just hangs on forever. Sweet oak is the star of the show but it builds a slow kentucky hug that gradually builds down your chest. There is cola, leather, caramel, and it's balanced by an intermingling of black cherry. Front part of the palate is a little lacking but nose and finish are exceptional and better than some LE's.
