A rich, Agave Spirit by Master Distiller Arturo Fuentes & Master Blender Alejandro Garcia Páez for Stoli Group NOM 1472 in Jalisco (Los Valles), Mexico crafted in stainless steel, rested for 2 months in oak, that has undergone Silver ion filtration before being bottled at 40% ABV. It has an aromatic birth with notes of agave, wood, earth, citrus, herbs & spices; while a complex life adds notes of pineapple, caramel, clover honey, olive & sage; that led to a rich death of medium length with notes of oak, roasted pepper, earth & a hint of hickory smoke.
