Tequila Blanco — Jalisco (Los Valles), Mexico

A creamy, Blanco Tequila by NOM 1477 in Jalisco, Mexico, rested in stainless steel tanks after distillation for a couple of weeks.
It has a sweet birth with notes of agave & fruit; while a creamy & dry life adds notes of blue agave & grapes; that led to a gentle death with notes of tangy syrup, oak & earth.
