Enters on the nose with a subtle malty maple/vanilla essence and teases with some toasted green apple and fruit preserve notes. Very clean and not too much ethyl. The malt and barley come through much stronger on the palette as well as the fruit and preserve notes. There's a wonderful creamy texture that's very gentle and makes this an easy drinking delight. The soft playful flavors leave the palette as quickly as they arrived, keeping this spirit light and very approachable.
