Stephanie's Distiller notes are excellent. It's very smooth, light agave/lime rind/citrus and tiny hint of pepper. It's slightly chalky and finishes dry. It's got good bones but it could use the agave/flavour in general amped up. I like it cause it's not overly sweet. If it was priced here like it is in the states it would be a lot more attractive. $80 in Ontario. (~ $30 USD)
