A simple and fresh nose of green vegetables like lettuce and, as Stephanie points out, cucumber with a dash of salt. The body is thin and watery and delivers some green rawness (or is it fresh, as in unripened) and tropical fruits like pineapples; an ambrosia. Finishes short and minty. Add some ices and the sweetness is drawn out and that rawness is lessened. Much more palatable over ice. Not a bad tequila and much better than JC.
