Milagro Silver Tequila
Tequila Blanco
Milagro // Los Altos, Jalisco, Mexico
Milagro (translated to "miracle") is a tequila which uses only agaves grown on the estate of Juan de la Torre, now a partner in the brand.
His agaves were unaffected by the bacteria which caused a shortage in agave and tequila production in the mid '90's.

Tasting Notes
"An intense aroma of cooked celery greets you on the nose. The palate, though initially oily and slick finishes clean and minty fresh. Further tastes bring out some tropical fruits, but it's a gentle background note."
