On the nose there's steak, smoked meat, steak seasoning, sea salt. I'm smelling a steak dinner just off the grill. Smell is wonderful. Meat, meat, meat. Sweetness on the back. With water there's a cheese quality. I could quit here and give the whisky 5 stars.
Palate brings out sweetness. Plums, strawberries, and other dark fruits, heavy mouthfeel. Salty. Peat.
