Nose: Initially quite strong in alcohol, but as that subsides it gives way to sweet ripened berries. Light notes of toasted oak and vanilla come to the fore the longer it is allowed to breathe.
Palate: Initial sweetness and slight spices notes that give way to milk chocolate and strawberry liqueur. A quick alcohol burn opens up to an opulent and complex dessert sweetness owed mostly to the PX cask finish.
Finish: Long and sweet, the berry sweetness lingers on the tongue, with the light mouthfeel of the liquid itself giving way to a delicate end.

You presented us this whisky at a tasting in your shop. Immediately fell in love with it. Luckely it is available here in Holland as well :-)
