Northern Ireland's Echlinville Distillery is sourcing whiskey to revive this venerable old Belfast label. This expression is a pot-still single malt aged ten years and finished in Pedro Ximenez casks.

Tasting Notes

"The whiskey is quite tropical on the nose, with bananas and coconut blended with lemon, stewed red fruits, and a bit of crème brûlée. The taste is big on dark red fruit and pepper, with a hint of biscuits. The sherry asserts itself near the end, adding a spicy mocha note. Finish is dry and short."
