At first taste the apples and fruits are very pronounced and sweet. As the whiskey finishes it lends it's flavor to oak and drys out. Overall, this is an outstanding whiskey and flows right into my kind of taste. My friend and I used this as our "celebration" whiskey and we are going to be hard pressed to find one that tops it.
