Light in all aspects. Mildly sweet up front with a very gentle pear-quince flavor and a hint of vanilla and cream. The finish is prominently oak, and not terribly far removed from a light, sweet bourbon. A gentle spice and burn settles onto the tongue and palate after swallowing. Doesn't distinguish itself, so save your sipping for something else more special, but no black marks either.
