Odd but not too off-putting. Malt vinegar (!) initially on the nose, then some sweetness in the form of floral honey and sour caramel. Palate includes corn, Brazil nuts, earth. Back end is short and slightly bitter. Kind of like a walk on the boardwalk - fries with malt vinegar, saltwater taffy. Not what I was expecting. Adding an ice cube just flattened it out. 1/15/17.
