[LOOK] Pale, ginger ale [NOSE] Sun ripe strawberry, crushed frutos del bosque, Rosewood guitar, balsamic reduction, red Jolly Rancher [PALATE] Blueberry cheesecake, merengue, dried malt, milk chocolate, develops cold smoked trout, Vermouth, old potpourri, astringent tannins, fairly hot [FINISH] Medium length, balanced, thin smoke, somewhat bready [MOUTHFEEL] Pleasant, dynamic, surprising
