I think it's elitist of Distiller to award 82 points to something this consistent and balanced, but I can understand there's nothing outstanding or out of this world special about this bourbon. Still... Good stuff. From start to finish it's incredibly smooth, with notes of cinnamon (plenty), honey, vanilla, and especially oak. There's a reason why this whiskey is a staple at most bars, and you'll hardly go wrong for the price, particularly if you're looking for something sweet. Cheers!
