[LOOK] Honey [NOSE] Tart plums, some stewed strawberries, fresh opened grape jelly, a subtle but insistent peatiness obscures faint delicacies, kiwi flesh, black tea [PALATE] Cavendish smoke, overripe blueberries, green peat, caraway, citric acid, cold smoked charcuterie, balances tart smoke with candied fruit sweetness [FINISH] Robust with abrupt changes in flavor, peat to raw biscuit dough to smoked fish, perplexing [MOUTHFEEL] Smooth due to lower proof, easy to drink, notes and flavors really need to be teased past the peat curtain
