Inoffensive, but painfully dull... so painful that it pains me to write this review. Weak nose, but faint notes of vanilla, cereal and oak emerge. There are hints of apples and honey, but otherwise a very dull palate. Following suit, a short and forgettable finish. This whisky gets three stars only because it's not downright disgusting.

This is the next malt on my list. I kept my expectations low, but since it is undergone the same improvements as Bunnahabhain and Tobermory/Ledaig (higher ABV, natural color and no chill filtration), I am still very curious!
@ Telex : Now that you mention it, there are some similarities with the Oban 14. I preferred the latter :)
This one sounds like what the Oban 14 was for me.
