Batch #54 - Cask strength 60,7% Nose: Smooth, not very volatile, inviting with caramelized cherries, sherry and chocolate. Let me jump right in. Taste:I was expecting to add water to this, but it goes down dangerously smooth. Might add water next time to free up more flavous. Initial notes are honey and berries. must investigate further, but for now, i love it, and it was as steal aswell!
