Nose balanaces sweet and spicy with dense notes of maple, sweet corn, oak, brown sugar and toasted marshmallow. The palate is huge and hot (100 proof) and brings notes of toffee, peanut shells, oak, burnt orange, and caramel. The finish trails off early but echoes tasty caramel.
