This is a tough one... Hard to say whether I'm ambivalent about this whisky or whether I enjoy it. There is truly nothing wrong with it. Problem is there's nothing right about it either. It's just... alright. The nose is herbaceous with the absolute faintest hint of smoke having a threesome with oak. It's all light and lacking in complexity. The palate is more of the same with a touch of salt and caramel, like candy. The finish is fairly medium and pleasurable. Again, it's alright.
