Bushmills 16 Year Single Malt
Single Malt — Ireland

Disclaimer: I'm not a huge fan of Bushmills as a distillery, and this expression solidified my prejudice. The whiskey is pleasant enough with the ex-bourbon casks being the predominant flavour influence, as vanilla and honey hit your nose. The palate is fruity, with a difficult to identify aroma (sometimes grapes, sometimes cherries and sometimes apricots). And while the finish is pleasant, it's hard to come away inspired here.

Hi Joe, any time in duty free is usually spent looking for a suitable bribe for the wife, so I can continue to go on these golf trips. :)
Which bottles did you bring back?
Had their 12yo Reserve at their distillery last Sept. Not bad, but not good enough to drag a bottle home with me, since it's only available there.
I agree, Bushmills is to light and plain
