[LOOK] Straw yellow [NOSE] Burnt tire rubber, char grilled meats, golden browned marshmallow skin, slight hickory smoke, roasted malts, with oxygen char fades to cloves, baking spices [PALATE] Charcoal brickettte, beef fat gravy, cracked green peppercorn, cured salmon skin, heavy cream underneath, vague shrouded light sugars [FINISH] Long, BBQ char gives way to smoked fish, then to oven roasted Caribbean spices, residual smokiness wanders between different flavors [MOUTHFEEL] Loads of barrel char and smokiness, almost overwhelmingly so, flavor movement and dynamic nature of smoke/char keeps it fresh, interesting

Sure thing! This whisky also made me hungry for BBQ and deli sandwiches.
