Glenfiddich 14 Year Bourbon Barrel Reserve
Single Malt — Speyside, Scotland

It seems Glenfiddich spent some time in the Bourbon country, either that or this is Glenfiddich's cousin from the states visiting the Speyside region.
On the nose you immediately get the soft bourbon sweetness you'd expect. Sweet corn undertones and hints of dried mango and fruits.
Body is more like a bourbon than a Speyside, that is, more viscous than smooth.
Finish starts off subtle then expands at the very end for a very non spey finish.
If you're a fan of Glenfiddich and bourbons, this is an interesting single malt to try. It's a niche, but it accomplished what it set out to do.
