Nose, vanilla, banana bread, gum. Palette, meaty, chewy, fruit. Finish, long, spicy. This Bourbon is a great sipper and would go great with hot, spicy, or meaty meals. Like BBQ or Mexican. Too intense for dessert, but very good. Missing complexity on the palette, but it doesn't need it because it's consistent and full bodied
