Sublime. This is (almost) perfection in a bottle. Fig, citrus, smoke. Perfectly balanced, smooth, yet robust, rounded and refined. If only it were less expensive. $300 a bottle is a bit much, but somehow seems worth it. Only the Rare Cask edges this heavy-weight out as my very top bottle.
