Aroma is medicinal and herbal, wildflowers, with strong juniper and spruce. Tastes of mint, lemon, pine, juniper, fennel seed. Some sweetness - vanilla, honey. Feels a touch oily, and has pretty solid kick and burn to it. Clearly you can see this is a strongly flavoured gin, with a wide variety of notes keeping it interesting. Because of this it has the backbone for a good G&T.
