Nose: spice, honey
Taste: oak, spice, honey, a little rough. Not as bourbon like with the oak as the no age statement version, less vanilla, but still oak-y. With 15+ minutes the spice and oak calm down to a nice honey and spice. Adding a tiny tiny bit of water is a good idea. Brings that honey sweetness and more fruit forward, some lemon in there too.
