Ok, Bourbon time. On the nose I get corn, slight oranges, and a brown sugar/cinnamon mix. Not much alcohol in the nose despite being 100 proof.
Less sweet than most bourbons I had so far. Pleasent pepper notes, caramell...cinnamon rolls glazed with molten butter. Oak. No burn whatsoever.
Lingering oak and moderate sweetness that stay quite a long time.
Did not expect this, by far my favorite Bourbon so far. That goes on my top shelf.

I'm curious how the Jim Beam Signature Craft compares to this. Both are about in the same price range.
When you take the Jim Beam mashbill, give it some time in the barrel, and up the bottling proof...good things happen. A classic bourbon.
Reminds me a bit of buffaloe trace(eagle) and larceny, as a good rich hearty bourbon at a good price point, definitely a value drinkers friend.
