Smells like brandy, pineau, strawberry candy, floral, dessert wine, candy cane, pine tree, cedar, rye bread, spice. Tastes like spicy pineau with a long sharp finish. Very unique, I wish more distillers would wine finish their ryes, bourbens, etc. It's like a wine cask scotch but with a more aggressive profile.
