on the nose? vinegar. subtle hint of agave. cucumber. if you've ever enjoyed a bowl of cucumber slices soaked in vinegar with a shake of salt... this is that scent. it's there somewhere. not much to say on the taste, but like the Blanco it's smooth, but maybe not as spicy? I don't have a bottle of Blanco to do an a/b comparison but smooth and simple hints of agave going down. I like that scent though. my grandfather would always surprise me with a bowl of cucumbers in a pool of vinegar as a snack.
