Color – Mahogany
Nose w/o water – Orange, dark fruits, sherry, a touch of sweetness, vanilla.
Palate w/o water – Rich, vanilla, caramel, spices, and coastal salt with nice fruitiness.
Nose w/ water – More dark fruits, richer and richer. Nosing this dram is a delight. Orange and spice are prevalent.
Palate w/ water – Buttery/creamy, vanilla, caramel, spicy, salty and rich!
Finish – Medium Oily-ness and lingering. Excellent! One of my go-to whiskys. An everyday kind of dram.
