This Scotch is close to being very good. I did get some of the fruity nuances and brine that I enjoyed very much, but I found the flavors brief and followed by a bitter wood that was off putting. I really didn’t pick up any smoke at all. So far not one I’ll buy again, but we will see how the bottle progresses. I’ll update if things change.
