From their complex balancing of botanicals, to their soft and easy drinking nature this is DELICIOUS. Soft floral notes, delicate sweetness, and a surprising Juniper body filled with hints of resin and bitterness. The nose and palate of this gin are so in tune with each other, and I find a dusting of spice towards the finish, this gin is an utter delight to sip by itself
