Sweet, strangely medicinal, this Northwest whiskey lacks complexity. It’s not the only Northwest whiskey distillery that has provided an uninspired product. I gave the NW a fair try, but I’m going back to Scotland, Tennessee or Kentucky for fine, complex whiskeys.
