Imagine yourself inches away from getting splashed in the face by a cold Atlantic wave. Just before being hit, you smell this briny, fishy, salty aroma. Then imagine having chocolate cake, topped with layers of sea salt, and vanilla. And this long lingering taste of lemon curd and salt. Bunna’s hit all the right notes with this one, just well executed and enjoyable. Thanks to @Telex for the sample as part of our little SDT team.

Great review
Names not withstanding, these guys at Bunna are hitting home runs with these NAS releases
I drank my Toiteach sample last night and I was very impressed as well. It’s another great NAS from Bunna. Review to come soon. Great review, @PBMichiganWolverine
Glad you enjoyed it. I definitely preferred it to the Ceobanach. They have a new replacement to the Toiteach called Toiteach a Dha. Can’t wait to try it. :). “…this is a sequel to the original peaty paradox on Bunnahabhain’s gentle single malt. With a touch of smoke from our peated malted barley introduced during its creation and combined with a higher sherry influence, this special bottling offers the connoisseur an opportunity to try something truly unique and beguiling in nature.”
