Nose: vanilla, fruity, light and complex Palate: fruity/sherry, sweet, full and rich. Finish: spicy and fruity. The age added complexity and smoothness and tamed the spice as compared to the 12 year. Adding water brings out even more fruit and sherry in the nose but diminishes the palate some.
