This one almost didn’t make the top shelf. It is harsh and not very good neat. But when it is on the rocks the flavor really comes out: sweet, vanilla, and just enough spiciness to be interesting. Only good on the rocks or in a mixed drink. Very inexpensive (<$20) and a good iced treat.

This is my go-to summer bourbon on the rocks for that reason. In warm weather, I almost "crave" the profile of this one.
