Starts off with some fresh notes, light sweetness and some spices on the nose. On the nose you can already get a hint of the abv. Didn't have anything to special on the first sniffs. At first tasting it, it revealed a lot of fruity flavors. Green apple, pear and maybe even light citrus. All notes are fresh notes, with a small spicy side to it. When given some time in the glass it starts becoming complexer by the minute. More layers are revealing as you get more sweet notes. Vanilla, chocolate and ginger bread. It doesn't show its maturity up untill now. Lots of warm winter tastes, which go great with the added heat from the alcohol. Both great to enjoy neat or with some drops of water. Would give it 4.5 for the unique experience.
