Wow. Very smooth with charred wood, almonds, raisins, pecans, peat, cooked agave, caramel, cherries, coffee, vanilla, maple syrup, and chocolate flavors. Where bourbon, rum, and brandy meet with tequila. Shows how wood and agave can coexist without wood dominating. Nom 1146 could be the best tequila distillery in the world producing arte nom 1146, tears of llorona, t1, asombroso in the past, Fuenteseca, and this

@worldwhiskies95 yeah, I read the same thing...Nikka getting rid of the 17 and 21. I’m actually fine with NAS, as long as the liquid in the bottle is good. I loved the Yoichi Moscatel, but wasn’t fond of the Harmony.
@PBMichiganWolverine So ur comment sums up what I said. Another Japanese age statement bites the dust, Hibiki 17 and hakushu 12. Sounds crazy a few days after I told u Nikka might be bringing back age statements in 2020. It does seem u have become more flexible with nas Japanese as indicated with Yoichi Moscatel and Ichiro Chichibu on the way reviews. Or is there more to it. Although I like aged Nikkas more, I would like to see how people would rank the nas Yoichi/Miyagikyo/Taketsuru if tasted side by side with Coffey Malt, Coffey grain, and Nikka from the Barrel
@worldwhiskies95 yeah, I don’t know much about tequila...actually, know nothing of it. Sounds like this and Tears of Llorana are worthwhile to try
@PBMichiganWolverine Seeing you like many of my tequila reviews yet u claim u don’t have the taste for it, it could be u don’t know what to order or try and u tried random stuff that didn’t fit ur tastes. Seeing my reviews and possibly other tequila reviews from reviewers on distiller and people u know personally can give u a better idea on what tequila to try.
