nose: overwhelming latex, pine, dissipates slightly to ripe banana.
taste: nutmeg, charred oak, dark cherry. heavy in mouth. caramel
finish: lingering warm mint, grapefruit, rind.
water: brings out caramel, some chocolate. latex persists.
very young bourbon but different enough to try. millet is not spicy as rye, but not overly sweet. tried in chicago, good to support local
