One of the first bottles I bought when learning single malt scotch whisky. I instantly learned how to pick up brine in the nose, and oil on the palate. I'll never forget that my first impression of this stuff was like chewing on young driftwood soaked in seawater. However, now that I've learned to appreciate it, I always have a bottle!
