Tastes a bit young, maybe 4-5 years. Very sweet. That young corn flavor hits immediately, which initially reminded me of some younger craft bourbons, but it has a pleasant finish that younger bourbons have reached yet. I usually reach for something above 100 proof but this is pretty solid for 83 proof
