Outstandingly different. Pine forest, wet pine duff, sage, and earthy spice over the juniper base. Smells like a wet Douglas Fir forest. Juniper, coriander, and sage come through in the mouth and hold on into a light mint and citrus finish. Thick and rich in the mouth. Wonderful neat or with ice, and aromatic in a cocktail. Not everyone will appreciate this, and not perfect in every kind of cocktail, but an unique gin, worthy of drinking and experimenting.
