Waves of brine in the nose. Many layers of smoky, sweet caramels on the palette and a finish that seems to last until bedtime. Not one of those cask strengths you can drink neat -- I settled on 3/4 fl oz water to 2 oz scotch.

I've warmed to a dilution of 1:4, which makes this even more lovely. A peppery aftertaste that tickles the younger.
