First bourbon of Angel’s Tears 2018! We had a great tour and pour our own. Nose- Vanilla and wood notes Body- Vanilla comes through strongly with dark chocolate and raisin like a candy bar. Finish- Ripened plum and blood orange come through here. Notes- overall this is a nice pour. I really like it in the Henderson! I am not usually a cocktail guy but the Henderson is going to happen at home.
